All staff and registered students of the UCSI University are entitled to full library privileges. Registered readers are issued with a University card which must be produced each time a book is borrowed or when requested by a member of the University Library's staff. Cards are non transferable. Lost cards should be reported to the University without delay. A fee will be charged for their replacement. It is the library member's responsibility to ensure that changes of mailing and e-mail addresses are notified to the University Library.
