ONLINE RESOURCES refer to digital materials such as e-books, online journals, academic databases and online theses that are accessible via the library website. These resources support students and staff in their study, teaching and research and can be used anytime, anywhere with internet access and a valid UCSI VPN.
THESIS AND DISSERTATION- refers to a compilation of academic research projects submitted by UCSI University students as part of their graduation requirements. These works include undergraduate theses, master's dissertations and PhD research. The collection serves as a valuable reference for students and researchers to explore past studies, ideas and findings within various fields.
TURNITIN SOFTWARE is an online tool used to check for plagiarism in students' written work. It compares the submitted content with a vast database of academic papers, websites and publications to ensure originality. COURSE NETWORKING (CN) is an online learning platform supported by UCSI Library that allows students to access learning materials, including past year exam questions. It connects students and lecturers for academic discussions, sharing resources and completing assignments. CN helps enhance learning by providing easy access to course content at any time.
MENDELEY is a free reference manager that helps users collect, organise and cite research sources. It allows students and researchers to create bibliographies easily and store PDF articles in one place. UCSI Library promotes Mendeley to support proper citation and academic writing.
